JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Outreach Coordinator is responsiblefor developing and maintaining supportive and cooperative relationships with multiple site leaders.  This position acts as point person for updates and routine communication, assisting with multiple schedules and meeting agendas. 
Under the direction of the Project Manager, submission of all supporting documentation as required for grant management.
 
The Outreach Coordinator is required to adhere to all Federal and State regulatory requirements to include OMB Circular A-133 grant compliance for internal and external audits in coordination with the Project Manager along with Regional and Corporate Grant, Tax, and Clinical Departments.   100 percent of this position is allocated to the project spanning, 1-3 years.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent. BA/BS Degree preferred. 2-3 years clinical background in a hospital setting. Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate information between clinical and non-clinical departments. Basic computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word preferred. Critical and analytical thinking and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
