JOB DESCRIPTION:

To prepare and serve alcohol to guests that are consistent with the standards of the Beverage Department. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in the minimum guest service expectations.

  • Formulate beverages according to established recipes; Serve guests in compliance with TIPS and guest service standards; Rings up each transaction on the cash register and makes the correct change                       
  • Requisition supplies for work station to maintain necessary pars and monitor quality of product                     
  • Initiate and establish superior guest service including recommendation of drink selection and informing of specials                                                                                                                 
  • Utilize and implement MAST training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns                   
  • Set up and close work stations in compliance with established procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions and you must obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. 
 


 

 


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Six (6) months bartending experience required; Successful completion of and certification from Bartending School preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
  • One (1) year cash handling and reconciliation of bank preferred.
  • One (1) year computerized point-of-sale system experience; i.e. MICROS, NCR, etc. preferred.
