I. Knowledge and skill requirements:
o Ability to read, write and communicate in English
o Ability to do simple math.
o Knowledge of events and event set-up.
o Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
o Good communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels and work as part of a team.
o Ability to exercise sound judgment.
o Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
o Ability to operate fork lift as needed
o Skill in establishing and maintaining a working relationship with staff
II. Physical requirements:
o Ability to work in unusually hot and noisy environments.
o Ability to lift, push or pull a minimum of 60 pounds.
o Normal vision and hearing range, absence of color blindness.
o Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
o Ability to distinguish letters, symbols and numbers
o Requires flexibility in working hours
o Ability to work in an environment that can be cold, hot, noisy, smoky, damp, dimly lit or illuminated
