JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Supports Helpdesk environment fielding desktop and business system application questions.
Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
Assists with maintaining a current inventory of system platform servers and their peripherals, and network communication devices including hardware and software releases for all.
Maintain operations in an IBM iSeries (AS400) and xSeries (Intel based) server environment.
Provide first level support for team members.
Complies with all New Jersey regulatory requirements.
Must be able to work in an environmentally controlled Network Operating Center and Computer Room.
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise and kitchen environments.
Exposure to stress situations related to servicing clients in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.
