JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Maintain an appropriate gaming license.
Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
Conducting clandestine surveillance of table games, slot machines, cashiering areas, simulcasting, keno and count rooms.
Reporting of any illegal or unusual activity to the Surveillance Shift Supervisor or key Surveillance department representative.
Videotaping of count room activities drops and escorts (in conformity with Borgata internal controls and CCC requirements).
Maintain a working knowledge of Borgata internal controls and the Casino Control Act.
Ability to understand and operate surveillance room equipment.
Completion of special projects and reviews as assigned by the surveillance shift supervisor and/ or director of surveillance.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, all shifts and unusual hours.
Must be able to work in confined area for long periods of time.
