Willing to take continuing training and education classes offered at Borgata or outside institutions
Follows all OSHA and safety guidelines set forth by the Borgata
Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times
Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, polite, congenial and efficient attitude
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
Wears and utilizes all safety equipment necessary to perform job function
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Must adhere to Borgata Policies and Procedures at all times
Serves all guests according to established standards of quality
Completes all setup and closing duties in a timely fashion according to Banquet Event Order
Adheres to food and beverage policies and procedures and state liquor laws
Relays all guest compliment/complaints to appropriate supervisor
Observes diners to respond to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed
Sets up and break down of scheduled events with proper handling and storage of china, glass, flatware, linen and any other related product and/or equipment
Flexible with relation to shift assignments as they may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays
Able to handle all types of guest related situations
