Buffet Server - (Seasonal)

Job Description

Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property

Acts as a role model to all team members and always presents oneself as a credit to Borgata and encourages others to do the same

Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere

Complies with all departmental and Company policies

Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association

Practice excellent grooming and uniform standards

Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

Willing to take continuing training and education classes offered at Borgata or outside institutions

Follows  all OSHA and safety guidelines set forth by the Borgata

Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times

Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, polite, congenial and efficient attitude

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility

Wears and utilizes all safety equipment necessary to perform job function

Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Busses tables and keeps respective station and side station clean and stocked at all times

Responsible for separating flatware, dishes and glasses and for bringing these items into the dishwashing area

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age with a minimum of six months experience as a server in a high volume and/or fine dining environment is preferred 

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
