Acts as a role model to all team members and always presents oneself as a credit to Borgata and encourages others to do the same.

Dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld.

Adheres to the Borgata's Policies and Procedures.

Has primary responsibility for management of Casino Beverage staff; trains and evaluates employees.

Ensures accurate recordkeeping at all times.

Hires and discharges employees according to established personnel policies and procedures. Implements and adheres to all beverage cost control procedures.

Ensures preparation of all drinks and cocktails according to recipes.

Uses reporting tools to ensure department costs at acceptable levels.

Recommends specialty drink recipes and other merchandising concepts to the Director of Casino Beverage.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Borgata’s policies and applicable laws.

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

Willing to take continuing training and education classes offered at Borgata or outside institutions.

Follows all OSHA and safety guidelines set forth by the Borgata.

Is knowledgeable of and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, polite, congenial and efficient attitude.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility.

A substantial portion of the team member’s job is likely to include working in loud environments. All team members in this job classification will be required to participate in annual Hearing Conservation training and audiometric testing. When working in locations identified by the Borgata Hearing Conservation Policy as noisy, and when the area is noisy, all team members are required to utilize hearing protection devices. Hearing protection devices will be provided by the Borgata.



High school diploma or equivalent

One to three years supervisory experience in Beverage

Understanding of Fire Codes and Health Codes
