JOB DESCRIPTION:

Custody and control of one of the following specialty banks on the casino floor:  Main Bank, MCB bank, Chip bank, Marker bank 

Performs the functions of the Casino Cashier position upon the request of the Casino Cashiering supervisor or above.  The Casino Cashier Banker will not perform the banker functions on the same gaming day that they have been required to work as a Casino Cashier

Adhere to all Federal and State regulatory compliance guidelines relating to gaming and licensee requirements

Adheres to all Title 31 Currency Transaction Reporting & Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements

Creates a memorable guest and employee experience by effectively aligning the people, product, and processes to deliver on the promises made to our internal and external guests

Maintains the utmost integrity, promoting the highest caliber of customer service

Develops enduring relationships with guests, promotes positive public relations and presents one’s self as a credit to the Borgata organization    

Maintains security over cage and bank assets to include currency, coin, chips, coupons, gaming vouchers, slot tokens, along with all forms and documents normally associated with cage and coin operations. 

Must follow all company/property/department policies and procedures and comply with  DGE rules and regulations

Ability to work in a smoke filled environment, stand an entire shift and move throughout the casino

Ability to operate calculators, currency counters, jet sorts and strap counters

Ability to work under sometimes stressful situations with customers and large sums of money

Ability to work holidays, weekends, all shift and unusual hours


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

School diploma or equivalent preferred

Must have a valid NJ gaming license or the qualifications to obtain a license

Experience preferred, but not required
