JOB DESCRIPTION:

Works diligently to support the One Borgata Way culture and team philosophy throughout the department. 

Comply with all departmental and Company Policies including Borgata's business ethics guidelines. 

Provides assistance to customer's requests and handles a variety of personal requests.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Responsible for all customer requests which require outside services. 

Maintains accurate and current records of all customer services and assists customers in making in-house reservations. 

Responsible for the issuing and administering of safe deposit boxes. 

Makes travel arrangements, has knowledge about the city s best shopping, dining, arts, nightlife, sights, entertainment and recreation destinations. 

Offers personal services, including tour package bookings. 

Can arrange to replace items that were lost or forgotten by the customer.

Upholds The Borgata s commitment to Hospitality Performs other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 

Two years experience as concierge and knowledge of the surrounding area required. 

Strong communication and customer service skills required. 

Computer knowledge preferred.

Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment. 

Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours. 

Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
