JOB DESCRIPTION:

Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount. 

Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld. 

Builds rapport, commitment, and loyalty with associates and guests. 


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Must adhere to the Borgata s Policies and Procedures. 

Ensures that all setup duties are completed on time; conducts all roll calls prior to function. 

Ensures that all guests receive service according to established standards of quality; relays all guest compliment/complaints to Banquet Manager. 

Adheres to established hotel policies, food and beverage policies, labor regulations and liquor laws. 

Conducts ongoing training programs for banquet personnel. 

Makes use of all available merchandising techniques. 

Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. 

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. 

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred with 1-3 years of banquet supervisory experience required.
