Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount. 

To provide fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused service to our guests, while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to barporters and beverage servers. 

Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients. 

Bartenders will always comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures. 


Adhere to established procedures, departmental guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, cashiering, portion control, sanitation and organization. 

Communicate (hear, speak, read, and legibly write in English) with and promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments, and guests. 

Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times. 

Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times. 

Sidework, cleaning, and stocking duties must be completed as assigned and also completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. 

Recognize and correctly make a variety of beverages, adhere to recipes and specified measured pouring portions with appropriate garnish, accurate pricing, use of proper glassware and proper wine service. 

Thorough knowledge of mixology. 

Knowledge of operation and cleaning of various equipment including but not limited to frozen beverage machine, dishwasher, ice machine, pouring gun, and other related beverage equipment.


Must be at least 18 years of age. 

Must have a minimum of six months experience bartending in a high volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining environment. 

Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management. 

Ability to handle all types of guest related situations. Must have basic arithmetic skills as it relates to American currency. 

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp. 

Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours. 

Ability to reach into coolers by bending over and/or kneeling repeatedly. 

Work Conditions: 

Portable Banquet Bars.

Small, high volume service bars.

Loud, smoky, high volume and sometimes dimly lit front bars.

Food service at the front bar in specified areas. 

Shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays
