Performs repair and maintenance work on gaming equipment as scheduled or assigned. 

Performs other duties as assigned a carpenter under local agreement. 

Maintenance and repair of, games table railings, chairs, assemble and disassemble games tables supports (legs) when repositioning is required and other duties covered by carpenters trade as shall be assigned. 

Performs maintenance work on games table surfaces and equipment as necessary. 

Works with and repairs Plexiglas. 

Performance of maintenance/repair to gaming tables in pit area. 

Removes debris caused by work completed. 

Maintains proper care and storage of tools and equipment. 

Ensures that all work is completed and of superior craftsmanship. 

Works closely with Lead to coordinate an efficient and safe work environment. 

Works diligently to support the One Borgata Way culture and team philosophy throughout the property. 

Complies with all departmental and Company policies. 

Promotes positive customer relations for all customers by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. 

Responsible for maintaining accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication. 

Maintains confidentiality of all Borgata proprietary information. 


High degrees of mobility to enable person to respond to any type of emergency situation of service call. 

Ability to effectively communicate by way of 2-way radio or pager system. 

Physical ability and skill to use normal tools and equipment associated with the trade. 

Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast paced environment. 

Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts/hours. 

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.


Three (3) years experience in casino games maintenance is required. 

Previous experience or related technical training required. 

Blueprint reading skills required. 

Must demonstrate good verbal and interpersonal skills.
