LISTED BELOW ARE SOME OF THE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS WITHIN THE
CULINARY  DEPARTMENT

 

Restaurant Chef
 
Conceptualize, write menu, recipe development, plate presentations; administer the implementation steps for proper start-up of new menu item.

Overall responsibility for area of labor and food cost budgets and any other financial performance measure; manage the results of the P&L.
  

Sous Chef
Responsible for training of all employees, prepare weekly schedules, employee development and training programs.

Manage the service cleanliness and dining room floor.
