POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to the following:

Develops creative for various outputs not limited to: website, email, social media, on property digital displays, print ads, direct mail, signage and collateral, etc.

Leverages established templates, style guide and asset library to create assets that are within brand standards.

Creates HTML emails and microsites.

Develops and manages content for kiosks, iviews, and other customer facing digital applications.

Assist graphic design team with other tasks as needed.

Assist in event and still photography.



Able to formulate and design fresh and innovative concepts with a minimum of guidance or supervision.

Must have experience in both web and print design.

Excellent communications and writing skills

Ability to work on PC platform using Windows 7.

High degree of proficiency in graphics programs, such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Flash and Adobe Dream Weaver..

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).  

Adept with HTML, CSS, and web content management systems.

Video/animation design skills a plus.

BS/BA with emphasis in visual design, graphic design or similar concentration.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design-related position, preferably with an agency or internal marketing department.

Must supply design portfolio with variety of styles and deliverables represented.

Must be a detail-oriented quick thinker able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.

Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.

Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to travel for business meetings.

Must be able to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time.

Must be able to stand at copier workstation and effectively use a computer keyboard.

Must be able to twist and bend while standing and sitting in order to access files at desk and in file cabinets.

Must have the manual dexterity to allow for inputting of data into computer software and be capable viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time.

Must be able to read “fine print” areas of invoices and contracts.

Must have the manual dexterity to allow for sorting, creating, compiling and labeling of paper document files for extended periods of time.
