Maintains accurate and current records and files as directed by the DOC.

Responsible for day to day appointments and schedules of the Director.

May assist with any and all clerical work including BEOs, contracts, recipes, plating guides, training manuals, associate assistance including but not limited to typing, collating, filing, copying, mailing, etc.

Maintains confidentiality of all Borgata proprietary information including but not limited to Borgata policies and procedures, recipes, training materials, salaries/wages, disciplinary action, etc. of associates.

Prepares correspondence, documents, records, etc.

Sorts and distributes mail.

Handles incoming phone calls and completes all facsimiles.

Must be able to assist customers and associates in a personable, professional and accurate manner.

Complies with all departmental and Company policies.

Responsible for maintaining accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication.

Performs other related duties as assigned.


Experience in the Daylight Software System.

Minimum two years appropriate experience.

Minimum of High School education required.

Demonstrate professional verbal, telephone and written communication skills.

Strong planning and organizational skills.
