JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the management and observation of not more than eight poker tables if the Poker Floorperson is responsible for seating and not more than 10 poker tables if the Poker Floorperson is not responsible for seating.

Responsible for customer enjoyment and satisfaction.

Responsible for supervision of poker table games to include: Offering the highest possible level of Customer Service resulting in a maximum level of guest enjoyment and return play.

Responsible for knowing all policies & procedures of the specific table game he/she is supervising.

Maintaining a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity & performance, as well as, morale.

Works diligently to support the One Borgata Way culture and team philosophy throughout the property.

Acts as a role model to all employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Borgata and encourages others to do the same.

Promotes positive public relations and creates an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.

Amicably resolve customer related problems in a fast paced environment.

Ensures the protection of customer s rewards and credit lines.

Complies with all departmental and Company Policies including Borgata's business ethics guidelines.

Complies with all New Jersey regulatory requirements.

Maintains confidentiality of all Borgata trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.

The ability to speak, read and write in English.

Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Five years casino experience with a minimum of three years in a D/R management level.

Must be knowledgeable of at least two primary casino games one of which is poker.

Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have knowledge of Casino Control Commission regulations and Borgata Policies & Procedures.
