Analyzing current SharePoint usability to identify areas of improvement.

Develop, design, troubleshoot and maintain SharePoint sites, collections, web parts, and custom components.

Creating and modifying SharePoint pages and applications using SharePoint Designer. Approve and activate site templates.

Performing physical environmental checks (validate all services are operational). Performance monitoring and backup verification. Perform corrective SharePoint administration, configuration and maintenance as required.

Plan, design and implement SharePoint security including, but not limited to, authentication, security roles, user groups, audiences, and item level security. Plan, design, implement and modify navigational and aesthetic changes to SharePoint pages as directed.

Ensure solutions require minimal training to the end user while maintaining high reliability and usability.

Execute your SharePoint knowledge architectural design for web parts development, server installation, management and troubleshooting.

Good working ability to focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint Implementations.

Ability to evaluate, select and articulate product strategies between the different SharePoint license models.

Provide guidance in the application lifecycle including engineering. Architecture and design a plus.

Executing daily job duties with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Perform other duties as assigned.



Microsoft certification in SharePoint is desired,

Minimum of 3 years SharePoint Administration/Developer experience.

Minimum of 3 years administration of SharePoint 2010, 2013 farm and SharePoint Online experience.

Minimum of 3 years Workflow development, using the MOSS object model, SharePoint Designer, and Workflows experience.

Ability to create clear and concise process documentation. Experience with Portal site customization, including setting up securities, designing site structure and content types.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Technical awareness of Enterprise Content Management Systems.

Experience with Web Front End servers, Index servers, Search Servers, Central Administrator servers, and SQL Server instances.

Experience with My Sites and Profile Service data, Experience with Excel services.

SharePoint migration experience is a plus.

Troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills.
