Must have strict compliance to The Borgata Employee Handbook and Policy and Procedure Manual Knowledge of all menu items and recipes for each assigned kitchen station. 

Able to read, convert recipes according to production requirements. 

Must have acquired knowledge of sanitation according to state and federal guidelines. 

Work efficiently and accurately in operating mode. 

Identify and inform supervisor regarding any problems with assigned station. 

Maintain food product pars and restocking stations according to business demands. 

Continuously cleaning and organizing work station. 

Have the ability to conceptualize and prepare food presentations for buffets, a' la carte and banquet operations. 

Ability to be cordial under adverse conditions. 

Aptitude to prepare show platters according to photo specs, supervisor s instruction. 

Follows and adheres to all company and departmental safety guidelines. 

Excellent, good dexterity with detailed decorating applications. 

Continuous standing and bending while preparing orders. 

Periodically pushing and pulling heavy carts and lifting products in proper storage areas. 

Ability to work in contrasting hot and cold areas. 

Periodically tasting food and evaluating quality points at each stage of preparation. 

Lift food items sometimes as heavy as 60lbs.


Minimum two years cold food production. 

Knife Skills essential and knowledge of automated food production equipment. 

Must be able to read, write and have understanding of English.
