Pick up empty glasses and return them to properly assigned area and assist with preparation of drink orders as required.
To be able to work effectively with bar personnel; as well as complying with, and enforcing alcohol awareness laws and procedures.
Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, cash handling, sanitation and organization.
Communicate (hear, speak, read, and legibly write in English) with and promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments, and guests.
Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
Using proper techniques in ordering, garnishing, and delivering drinks, rotation of station, proper handling/cleaning of glassware.
Utilizing proper cash/comp handling procedures.
Must also charge correct price for all drinks.
Maintain a clean, well stocked and organized service station/area at all times.
Side work, cleaning, and stocking duties must be completed as assigned and also completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
Station assignments covering large areas with long walking distances Service bars that are busy with limited space Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal lighting, bright lighting, and smoky conditions.
Shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to handle all types of guest related situations.
