JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
The role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations of the Casino vertical including full P&L responsibility and overall management of Casino products. Driving and supervising front-end product development across desktop and mobile platforms in cooperation with external supplier is important part of the role. The role also holds a strong marketing focus and candidates essentially must have a strong understanding of campaign marketing and promotional activity. The main aim of the role is to develop and grow the customer base and increase revenues leveraging every element of the customer journey.
Performance reporting for the Casino offering.
Stay current and knowledgeable on the global Casino landscapehowever, focusing on New Jersey.
Work closely with software providers to deliver product roadmap in line with deadlines
Monitor requests and suggestions from the Casino community - be the voice of the player within the marketing function, and the organization at large.
Liaise and train other departments (i.e. customer service) to ensure awareness of upcoming events and promotions.
Create, and execute targeted promotions.
Design test plans to improve the Casino offering by introducing new games always measuring player response, and monitoring the competition.
Drive awareness of key games metrics within the organization. Work with marketing team to set goals for performance improvement. Full reporting on performance of promotional activity to aid decision-making and to assess effectiveness of all initiatives.
Actively drive registrations towards established player participation goals, and report to the Director of
On-line Gaming on performance against goals.
Ensure all offers and promotions are of the highest standard, quality and are always on-brand.
Work closely with CRM to manage and develop the Casino user experience and promote the user experience and player journey throughout the team and the whole company.
Work with the Director of On-line Gaming to set annual budgets and targets for Casino.
Manage expenditures against the budget, and be prepared to suggest creative alternatives to drive desired player behaviour.
Collect and generate new product ideas, and enhancements to existing products, synthesizing requests from both internal and external requestors.
User acceptance testing of new Casino features and functions.
Work closely with the rest of the marketing team, to generate and implement promotions and campaigns.
Communicate scope and timelines of products and features and set expectations.
