JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Develops and executes the strategic digital marketing plan for Borgata’s online gaming website properties and mobile applications. Meets with internal stakeholders to align online and offline marketing initiatives for achieve customer acquisition and retention.
Responsible for new customer acquisition via owned and earned digital channels; collaborates with Advertising Manager for acquisition via paid channels. Accountable for acquisition KPIs.
Marketing lead for website and application projects and upgrades. Conducts thorough testing to ensure digital products meet business requirements and deliver a superior user experience.
Documents wireframes, design comps, and business and technical requirements for product changes and upgrades.
Maintains website and mobile application content via CMS.
Manages workflow of Graphic Designers to source assets for digital marketing initiatives.
Generates landing pages for major campaigns, promotions and initiatives.
Responsible for SEO for websites and mobiles including content optimization, link building and outreach, URL strategy, app store optimization and implementation of SEO best practices.
Subject matter expert for email marketing and push notifications; super user of Email Service Provider.
Manages email strategy and implements best practices for email deliverability, subject lines, CAN-SPAM laws and design. Identifies communication paths for automation opportunities.
Utilizes analytics tools to track KPIs, monitor spend and performance, discover trends and create action plans based on results
Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on website and app analytics
Responsible to the management of website and apps; manages technical implementation of all campaigns across the website and app. Ensures data validity and troubleshoots data issues.
Aware of best practices for user experience and makes recommendations to improve websites and apps. Initiates website and app change to improve user experience with third party vendors.
Conducts A/B testing campaigns on website, apps, email campaigns, social media campaigns, etc to conitually optimize digital marketing efforts.
Collaborates with Social Media team for content calendar creation, paid social strategy and assets, and promotions.
Manages third party vendor relationships.
Knowledgeable of online gaming and digital trends and technology – with an emphasis on mobile; identifies new digital opportunities to increase revenue and brand awareness.
