Statement of Purpose:

This position is responsible for is to providing administrative support to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards, the Director of Corporate Communications and their respective teams.


  1. Maintains calendars, schedules meetings, appointments and coordinates travel reservations for internal Sr. Director of Total Rewards, the Director of Corporate Communications and their respective teams.
  2. Possesses a high level of understanding of all Corporate Communications and Total Reward programs and processes.
  3. Administration of certain Corporate Communication and Total Rewards programs as required, such as the service award and employee recognition programs.
  4. Posts appropriate content to company intranet, such as birthdays, anniversaries and Total Rewards information.
  5. Creates, organizes and maintains paper and electronic file systems, files correspondence and other documents and provides copies of such information as requested (i.e., personnel files and management conversation sheets).
  6. Assist with the development of presentations and documents.  Proof, edit, and finalize to ensure correctness.
  7. Coordinating travel arrangements including travel itineraries, agendas, advances, expense reports, submission of check requests, etc.
  8. Process team’s expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card/s on monthly basis.
  9. Process team invoices including reconciliation.
  10. Order office supplies and organization materials as needed.
  11.  Receives, sorts, and prioritize the mail and maintains publications subscriptions, taking notice of required actions and due dates.
  12. Responds to inquiries; relays information; answer phone calls; responds to requests from the Bob Evans Farms field, guests, consultants, and others.
  13. Provides support with HR and business functions as requested/needed.
  14. Accomplish various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
  15. All other duties as assigned.


  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, maintains confidentiality, and interacts with all levels of management across the organization
  • Professional, courteous and organized
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred;
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
