The Human Resources Coordinator works with Human Resources as a whole by taking a proactive approach to ensure corporate needs and objectives are met. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the employee benefits program and assisting with benefit questions. In addition, this position will support corporate performance management through monthly distribution of performance reviews and through entry of performance review feedback along with supporting the salary administration function of the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Coordinator will also support the exiting functions for Company employees and work on special projects as needed.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or a related field is required.
At least two years of Benefit experience required.
Proven working knowledge of the federal laws to ensure Company compliance.
Demonstrated personal computer competence to include advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Must possess excellent human relations skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Working experience within Human Resources preferred.
PHR Certification preferred.
