The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director, Corporate Projects, as well as all Analysis and Strategy Team members through the handling of administrative functions, scheduling and organizing meetings, monitoring open issues and tasks, creating and issuing periodic reports, and supporting the daily functions of the Director, Corporate Projects to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the deparment.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of six months administrative experience.
Must possess and exhibit evidence of excellent verbal and writing skills.
Must have advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically to prepare documents in MS Word, and perform analysis and documentation of results in MS Excel and MS Access. Must also be prepared to create presentations in MS PowerPoint.
Must be an independent thinker and self-starter with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
