JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Administrative Assistant II performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties relating to activities of the Director as well as supporting the general office management and other departmental needs of the Finance Division to help ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree is required.
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years of office environment experience to include administrative skills preferred.
