Reset Coordinator



Salaried position within the merchandising department based at the Bashas’ Distribution Center.  It involves working independently and within a team environment.  Auditing of assigned reset project work.  Managing supplies inventory and distribution.  Communicating with vendor merchandisers, contracted labor as well as store management and other internal company teams.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate supply and equipment requests to appropriate warehouse personnel
  • Audit set work performed by all merchandising teams.
  • Assemble and provide materials for reset team use, such as, schematics, tags and cleaning supplies, etc. for select merchandising projects.
  • Completely and properly identify all product removed from the sales floor and taken to the back room
  • Assist analyst by providing information on correcting schematics based on observations.
  • Monitor cleanliness and retail readiness of reset teams
  • Update store signage affected by project plan as needed
  • Report daily progress to office and update store management upon completion of work observed.
  • Execute any related merchandising activities regarding reset team or retail support.

Ability to:

  • Reading and understanding of schematics and shelf tags
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Operating electrical tools and saws
  • Knowledge of shelf component assembly
  • Travel and possible night work
  • Strong communication with vendor merchandisers, store management and contracted labor
  • Good driving record for operating department vehicle
  • Use of intranet through store computers for information access
