The position will be responsible for building a team in Las Vegas to support property leadership and help guide, mentor and oversee the property P&A teams. The position will focus on a diverse array of analysis including labor, marketing, gaming operations, food and beverage operations and hotel performance ; provides highly responsible and complex support to higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
Receives administrative direction from Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis. Supervises Analysts at Corporate and Indirect supervision of Planning and Analysis teams at properties.

Delivers superior internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our PEAK Service Standards and work harmoniously with fellow team members.
Will be the primary support resource for the property analytics teams, including review of certain deliverables, sharing of best practices, mentor the teams and support as needed during times of high demand
Ensure a consistent approach to methodology and deliverables. Consolidate routine functions, freeing up more time for property analysts to work with operations leaders
Develop relationships with key property leadership. Partner with other P&A leaders in Las Vegas as necessary in support of property-centric demand.
Liaise with the appropriate corporate service center leader and the property teams as necessary to assist with and review/establish analysis in the following areas: Labor, Direct Mail, Player Development, Casino Operations, F&B Analysis, Hotel Operations, Finance.
Assisting with the annual budgeting process
Manage competing priorities across the enterprise
Help refine and improve property forecasting models
Partner with property leadership to drive improved financial and guest service performance in all areas of the operation
Lead monthly review of operations financial performance. Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Perform related duties as assigned by the VP.
Plans, directs, coordinates and reviews the work for planning team members; assigns work activities, projects and programs; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures; ensures guest service; meets with team members to identify and resolve problems.
Selects, trains, motivates and evaluates planning team members; provides team member training; works with team members to correct deficiencies; implements discipline as appropriate.
Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the fields of analytics and workforce administration.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Math related fields with advanced degree or equivalent is preferred. Four (4) years of direct applicable experience is required. Working knowledge of MS Office, strong experience with SQL preferred, experience with SAS and Tableau are beneficial. Experience witih property casino accounting preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
