Ensure the successful execution of conference center groups by proactively uncovering group needs and requests and effectively communicating these expectations to all ACSC departments as well as managing all changes and requests while groups are on property.
Service and detail conference center groups assigned by Sales Manager or Event Meeting Manager
Maintain correspondence to all pertinent departments to develop a well run operational system for all group requests
Act as on-property liaison for group contacts to coordinate with all ACSC departments and ensure group requests are accommodated
Complete group resumes or group information sheets & post-con reports for each group
Document all details and activities accurately in Daylight
Prepare office correspondence (banquet event orders, diagrams, venue reservation request or referrals, etc)
Assist in weekly SOM coverage as scheduled
Assist sales managers in preparation and execution of proposals, contracts, etc as needed
Participate as a member with Industry organizations and community associations by attending membership meetings; functions, conferences, conventions and working trade shows if requested
Maintain a positive professional image at all times.
Perform all related duties as assigned by designated managers or Director of Hotel Sales.
Help to answer and direct incoming calls to the Sales office and greet clients.
