Ameristar Dealer School
  • Free training beginning Monday, April 13
  • Classes: Monday – Friday, 1pm to 5pm OR 6pm to 10pm
  • Sign-on bonus:  $150 after New Hire Orientation; $150 after 180 days of employment

Position Summary:

Perform dealing services at assigned gaming table in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
·        Excellent verbal communication required with sound knowledge of assigned game(s)
·        Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments
·        Certified to deal blackjack and carnival games. Full-time dealers must be certified to deal craps and/or roulette in addition to blackjack and carnival games
·        Strong guest service skills
·        Ability to work effectively with independence and as part of a team
·        Ability to follow all policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies

Required Education and Work Experience:
·        Satisfactory completion of Dealer training classes or previous dealing experience
