Responsible for the front of house operation, including P&L responsibility. To insure that each guest who enters the restaurant has a pleasant experience. Responsible for the growth and development of team members.
Interview, hire, train, and orient new team member to their job.
Evaluate and oversee job performance.
Responsible for assisting team members with goal setting and development plans.Conduct group and individual training as to Policies and Procedures, equipment, and area set up.
Meet labor objectives while achieving guest satisfaction.
Must be able to write and cost out a department schedule.
Prepare documentation for labor cost when necessary.
Understand the food costing program and work to ensure goals are met.
Order supplies and maintains par stock and inventory control.
Understand and follow all Policies and Procedures dictated by the administration and suggest and initiate necessary changes and improvements.
Act in relation to team members, guests, and/or the general public in a manner consistent with the best interests of the restaurant.
Insure team member safety by providing a clean, safe, healthy environment.
Must be an expert on guest satisfaction and guest recovery.
Responsible for the cleanliness of entire facility.
Responsible for promoting and encouraging a fun environment.
Must follow Missouri Gaming Rules and Regulations.
Must be able to efficiently use the Point of Sale and back office computer system.
Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise, move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. on occasion.
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
