TEAM RELATIONS MANAGER

Develop, implement, maintain, train, coach and monitor an effective employee relations program.
Address Team Member's questions and concerns.
Stay current on changes in employment law and personnel administration and procedures.
Communicate effectively with departments, the General Manager and Corporate Office staff within area of responsibility.
Implement and support Ameristar Casinos Human Resources and Corporate operating policies and procedures.
Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Communications, Education OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (12) years
Three (3) to five (5) years experience as a human resources generalist, preferably as a manager
Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with team member relations issues
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to interface with Desktop computer and HRIS
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
High degree of organizational skills
