JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Performs functions in support of the Realty Services Department. Primary function is to provide clerical responsibility in support of the Director of Realty Services and department. Undertakes technical analysis regarding routine title, appraisal and property tax documents and records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Assist the Director of Realty Services and the Realty Services department, performing administrative duties as assigned
Assist Realty Services department, performing research as needed.
Process and pay all department invoices.
Maintains office supplies for the department
Process all property tax payments.
Assist with PL638 Appraisal Program
Assist with PL 638 Residential Leasing Program
Assist with PL 638 Land Title and Records Program
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 3 years title experience or in related field.
Strong English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Excellent organizational ability and sensitivity with confidential information.
Familiarity with modern office procedures, methods and computer equipment.
Practical experience with MS Office with focus on Excel and Outlook.
Understanding of the principles and procedures of filing.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Ability to meet schedules and timelines.
Type a minimum of 55 wpm.
