Job Descriptions Summary
Takes tickets, directs and seats guests for concerts and events at The Show.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Assists, directs, and seats guests.
Assists with ticket taking duties including ticket scanning and drink transfer.
Must possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa special events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Provides excellent customer service.
Complies with all applicable Tribal Regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures.
Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Some demonstrated customer service experience.
Good oral and English communication skills.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the venue, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs or standing at a work station for the duration of the shift. Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in the venue. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when the performances begin. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use scanners.
