JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Manages all advertising & marketing related projects from inception to delivery through the internal agency process.Includes oversight with external agency and outside vendors to ensure deadlines, budgets and quality controls are met. Develops project plans, work flow management; including schedule milestones for all projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for scheduling creative deadlines (including critical paths), reviewing work orders and assigning staff to projects.
Moves all projects through each step of the traffic (workflow) process.
Defines and implements print production quality controls, ensure outside vendors adhere to same quality control.
Obtain all print related estimates and collaborate with purchasing to process the requisition under company guidelines.
Presents client with options to provide the best production resolutions to meet budget, deadlines and overall deliverable goal.
Responsible for establishing a reliable group of vendors: Printers, Illustrators, Photographers, Art Directors, Contracted Designers and providing them with schedules. Vendors must be evaluated on an ongoing basis.
Builds strong relationships with outside suppliers to obtain competitive estimates and schedules.
Responsible to collaborate with agency on insertions orders and broadcast traffic instructions deadlines; match buy and send with creative.
Must be thoroughly versed in all stages and types of print production.
Establish a system for proofreading among staff.
Must create a weekly traffic list of assignments by Designer and DAILY WIP (Work-In-Process) hot sheet, distributed to agency & marketing services personnel.
Create & maintain current production schedule.
Must work closely with Director of Advertising, Art Director and Marketing Services Manager to coordinate all campaign and promotion schedules.
Review vendor invoices and match to estimates, process for payment using company guidelines.
In case of missed deadlines or conflict which threatens delivery, send alert to Director of Advertising.
Provide excellent guest service.
Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC internal controls, standard operating procedures and Tribal Regulations. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness.
GAMING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a technical school; or at least three (3) years of experience in either a Marketing Department, Casino Marketing Department, and/or advertising agency.
Working on multiple accounts in a busy advertising agency would be an important criterion and could offset lack of casino experience if retail accounts represented a significant account of work history.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, on the telephone and in person.
Must be able to use and understand Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding organizational skills; must be able to multi-task.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
