Realty Assistant II

Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
 
Provide a full range of administrative processes to assist Realty Specialists, in a fast paced, high volume producing office. Assist Realty Specialist in processing a variety of realty documents submitted by escrow companies, attorneys and lenders.  


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
  • Filing
  • Organization of Lease files, as directed by Realty Specialist
  • Data Entry utilizing a Federal database
  • Proof reading legal descriptions
  • Scanning documents
  • Preparing transmittals as directed by Realty Specialist
  • Search for and retrieve Signing Authority(ies) from database, as directed by Realty Specialist
  • Package documents and prepare for mail, as directed by Realty Specialist
  • Document Review (Quality Assurance)
  • Process Timeshare Assignments, as directed by Realty Specialist
  • Obtain county recorded documents as directed by Realty Specialist  

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION  and/or EXPERIENCE
 
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience or combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years title records or escrow experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Indian Lease Land preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Type a minimum of 55 wpm.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational ability, including achieving project timelines.
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel or equivalent
  • Experience in handling confidential and sensitive records and material
