JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Meets and greets guests of the casino and ensures that a high level of customer service is maintained. Must be knowledgeable of and be able to explain games offered by the casino as well as currently approved marketing promotions and programs. Must be knowledgeable of all hotel services and amenities Provides comps to casino patrons according to the approved internal controls. Performs duties, as assigned at Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Assist in the development of guest invitation lists for special events conducted by the Agua Caliente
Casino and Spa Resort Casino.
. Conveys terms of Player's Club Program and explains qualification requirements to prospective
. Tracks and prepares reports, for the Director of Player Development, on specific players and/or
groups of players.
. Assists the Slot Department and/or Table Games Department at Agua Caliente Casino. Resort and
Spa with the operation of gaming tournaments.
. Identifies and initiates relationships with new guests for possible enrollment into the Player's Club.
. Assist and make hotel reservations for guests.
. Assist and make reservation for guests for on and off property outlets (ie.Spa, Restaraunts & Golf).
Must possess strong customer service skills. Experience in the gaming industry preferred but not required. Excellent verbal skills, ability to be creative and innovative in guest satisfaction. Ability to resolve applicable guest concerns. Enjoys interfacing with people and have the ability to make each guest feel welcome. Service quality characteristics including courtesy, promptness, and professionalism. Analytical skills and good computer skills necessary.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). .
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment. Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
