Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing various administrative and clerical office support for the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission. This position requires a professional, upbeat, positive attitude for greeting visitors of the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission office. Must be a self-starter and proactive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate person promptly and efficiently.
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
Meet and greet staff and visitors as they arrive at the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission.
Keeps the Office Manager informed at all times of activities.
Maintains security of confidential information.
Assist and maintain a professional work area.
Assist with office supply inventory and distribution.
Assist with preparing and clearing meeting spaces and supplies.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
Intermediate level in Microsoft office Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under time limited situations.
Ability to communicate and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, outside agencies, industry representatives.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License for assisting with errands. 5% driving time.
