Job Description Summary



Responsible for providing various administrative and clerical office support for the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission. This position requires a professional, upbeat, positive attitude for greeting visitors of the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission office.  Must be a self-starter and proactive. 







Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 



  • Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate person promptly and efficiently.


  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.


  • Meet and greet staff and visitors as they arrive at the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission.


  • Keeps the Office Manager informed at all times of activities.


  • Maintains security of confidential information.


  • Assist and maintain a professional work area.


  • Assist with office supply inventory and distribution.


  •  Assist with preparing and clearing meeting spaces and supplies.


 
Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience

 



  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.


  • Intermediate level in Microsoft office Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook.


  • Possess strong organizational skills.


  • Ability to work under time limited situations.


  • Ability to communicate and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, outside agencies, industry representatives.


  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License for assisting with errands. 5% driving time.
