JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for scheduling and supervision of retail staff. Will work closely with Director of Marketing and casino management in ongoing administration of retail shop.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and

. Will work to develop guest loyalty, provide superb customer service and respond to guest
requirements. This position will supervise staff at ACC and SRC as assigned.
. Enforces all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures.
. Hiring, scheduling and training of retail staff. Coordinates, directs and evaluates all retail clerks in the
areas of policies, procedures and overall job performance.
. Oversees the purchase, inventory and stocking of all retail merchandise.
. Monitors inventory to assure proper par levels.
. Provides ongoing inventory reports and other reports as designated by management.
. Supervises staff relationship with customers.
. Recommends changes for improvement in the overall operation of retail operations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERTISE
High school diploma or GED. 1 year customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have good supervisory skills. Ability to work with all departments and have excellent customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the Hotel area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sit or stand at a desk/work station for long periods of time throughout the shift Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, lift and/or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
