Job Description:


JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY



Assist in the successful day-to-day operations and procedures of Realty Services including Residential Leasing and LTRO. Generate written/verbal communications; maintain confidential files, records and reports.



 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(other duties may be assigned)




  • Mustprepare spreadsheets in excel and forms from rough drafts or verbal instruction as assigned. 


  • Maintain filing systems.


  • Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, and initiates follow-up as required.


  • Photocopy and fax documents as necessary.


  • Order and organize supplies.


  • Oversees the maintenance of office equipment, and office equipment inventory.


  • Assist in other duties as assigned. 


 
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 



  • High school diploma or GED required


  • 3 years’ experience working in office setting


  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions, exercise judgment and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another.


  • Must have good PC skills and proficient in Excel and MS Word


  • Strong English written and verbal communication skill set a must
