JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Assist in the successful day-to-day operations and procedures of Realty Services including Residential Leasing and LTRO. Generate written/verbal communications; maintain confidential files, records and reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(other duties may be assigned)
Mustprepare spreadsheets in excel and forms from rough drafts or verbal instruction as assigned.
Maintain filing systems.
Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, and initiates follow-up as required.
Photocopy and fax documents as necessary.
Order and organize supplies.
Oversees the maintenance of office equipment, and office equipment inventory.
Assist in other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required
3 years’ experience working in office setting
Must possess excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions, exercise judgment and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another.
Must have good PC skills and proficient in Excel and MS Word
Strong English written and verbal communication skill set a must
