Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As directed, write detailed marketing copy for print, TV, radio, outdoor, collateral, direct mail and web-site for ALL ACBCI properties, including Tribal projects.
Assist property marketing department in developing collateral pieces. Work with outside production studios to ensure the highest quality product.
Assist marketing and advertisement personnel to coordinate public relations activities.
Assist in the writing of press releases and media stories.
Serve as on-site facilitator for film/video shoots at ACCRS and SRC. Handles film permitting and sponsorships.
Responsible for keeping filming website, permit and insurance requirements up-to-date.
Provide excellent guest service.
Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC internal controls, standard operating procedures and Tribal Regulations. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness
Required Education and/or Experience
Associate’s Degree in marketing or related field and two (2) years marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge of the processes of email marketing, social networking websites, and interactive multimedia preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines while paying attention to details.
Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and time constraints.
