Mgr, Annuity Operations



*Direct and oversee a team, or teams, within Operations of leaders and/or Colleagues who are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processes including, but not limited to annuities, claims, billing, group set-up, policy issuance and maintenance, post-enrollment reviews, and Section 125 confirming product compliance, state/federal laws and IRS code are followed

*Actively manage staff and use of resources; analyze work loads and identify service trends which may detract from Delighting the Customer. Develop Team Leaders and other direct reports within area of responsibility, giving appropriate feedback to Colleagues on their performance to ensure strengths are reinforced and areas needing improvement are appropriately addressed; hold Team Leaders accountable for Colleague development within their area of responsibility.

*Demonstrate good judgement and collaborate with other leaders to develop standardized processes and procedures which focus on providing a high level of service to internal and external Customers, work with other Managers and/or Directors to help identify process inefficiencies and areas of improvement; mentor/motivate Colleagues to provide superior service.


Bachelor degree preferred.  In lieu of Bachelor's degree, position requires 3 years of proven leadership experience in Benefits, Customer Service, and/or HR related environments
