*Responsible for managing (facilitating) and accounting for the success of organizational change including structure, job roles, and business processes. Includes creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

*Work to gain adaption that ultimately drives improved Customer experience, efficiencies, and innovation. Holds management and Colleagues accountable for successful implementation.

*Continuous focus on change management progress through change assessments, collaborative creation of change management strategy, deliverables, and implementation to secure buy in and improvement


  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to proactively and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Able to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand strategic plans and implement change strategies to execute on these plans
  • Business acumen and understanding of the organization to recognize challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • Expert facilitation ability
  • Strong coaching skill set
  • Strong time management with the ability to implement deliverables on time
  •  Certified in change management methodology (CCMP or similar)
