*In coordination with the Company president, this executive succession role is responsible for the overall direction and financial performance of the Company, including developing and maintaining relationships with current and future business contacts and financial institutions.

*Responsible for the acquisition of purchasing and/or development of commercial real estate with an emphasis on asset value enhancement.

*Assist president with the establishment of short- and long-term goals for the Company business plan and the overall financial plans, policies and practices of the Company. 

*Responsible for all aspects of the physical operation and all procedures, including direction and use of corporate facilities, implementing facility expansion, contraction and renovations, and management of Cameron Family real estate properties.


Bachelor's Degree

Degree in finance or equivalent with strong analytical skills

Strong oral and written communication skills including outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills

Demonstrate a high level of administrative competence and excel in analyzing organizational procedures and maximum efficiencies

Ability to negotiate and finalize leases and contracts for acquisition and sales of residential and commercial properties

Asset management and lease administration

Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including MS Office and property management software such as Yardi

Knowledge of building operations and maintenance; expertise in building systems such as roofing, transportation, elevators, escalators, HVAC, etc.;  financial analysis; understanding of local/national building codes, standards of measurement, environmental health and safety policies and real estate laws

Seasoned construction development and project management/real estate property management

Financial and Business Acumen – understanding of Cap rates/mortgage structures/ability to interpret lease contracts and negotiations
