Must be located in OKC or willing to relocate
Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University Journalism, communications, marketing, HR or related area of study required
5 to 7 years experience with 1 to 2 years in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of HR recruiting, compensation, benefits, compliance and workforce planning
Exceptional group facilitation skills including ability to lead discussions around scope, schedule, resources and quality
Strong negotiation skills
Very strong communication skills, including written, verbal and listening that can be deployed successfully when addressing entry-level Colleagues to management to senior executives
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Ability to develop project documents (agendas, minutes, flowcharts, etc.) and communication materials (emails, presentations, manuals, standards, policies, etc.)
Ability to present materials to stakeholders and train Colleagues
Experienced in leading teams and committees of all sizes effectively
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations
Strong knowledge of technology solutions as well as organizational structure and strategic direction.
Strong teaching skills to educate Colleagues on new solutions to ensure successful change
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of LEAN principles and business process mapping
Self-motivated and works well with limited supervision
Strong business acumen. Ability to proactively identify issues or questions, problem solve, and think “outside of the box.”
