Sales Enablement



  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships across member companies to identify opportunities to cross sell to existing customers.  Member Companies Include Alcott HR, American Fidelity Administrative Services (AFAS), First Fidelity Bank (FFB), Frist Financial Group of America (FFGA), and INSURICA
  • Liaison with sales leadership at each member companies to identify internal and external opportunities to collaborate.  This includes presenting, promoting, using value propositions, and cost-benefit analysis to motivate and obtain buy-in. 
  • Develop and promote collaboration initiatives among all member companies.  This includes working with sales colleagues, developing education on member company products, and driving overall shared sales culture.


  • Business-to-Business sales or marketing experience
  • Insurance and Financial Services cross selling experience
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business
  • Proven record working independently, as well as a collaborative team member
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Consultant Skills which includes problem solving, stellar communication skills, flexibility, client-first mentality, and ability to demonstrate value
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation
