• Provide technical support and expertise for the most complex systems with minimal oversight to ensure administrative systems are designed, tested and maintained so departmental and corporate goals and objectives are achieved. These systems may include claims workview, mainframe, lifepro, policy flow, document automation or web based systems and workflows. Serves as system tester and may also serve as primary liaison for systems projects between ISD and functional area. • Responsible to serve as a subject matter expert and may provide guidance to testers for new system functionality and/or new software, approve and document procedures and procedural enhancements, assist with training colleagues, assist colleagues with software issues to allow timely and accurate processing of assigned work. May resolve unusual and complex issues with customers, internal and external. May include oversight of projects and final recommendations for sign off authority. • Performs specialized job duties by researching and analyzing data, working on special projects as assigned by management recommending system enhancements and providing requested information to internal and external customers so that functional area and corporate goals are met and legislative changes are accurately implemented. This position may require the effective use of bilingual skills (verbal and/or written) at least 50 percent of the time.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • A minimum of five years of specialized experience in the processing system assigned such as claims, policy admin etc. Proficiency with PC Windows based software and Microsoft office applications. • Easily adapts to new software technology applications. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Previous experience with Admin systems Change Manager Proficiency with web based and Imaging software. • Good interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills. • Detail oriented Professional appearance and attitude. • Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership. • May require proven bilingual skills (verbal and/or written communications). • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Prefer basic product knowledge of insurance and/or annuity contracts. • Knowledgeable of software testing best practices.
