Sales Center Director



  • Leads the implementation, strategy and execution for American Fidelity’s Sales Center operations focusing on inbound and outboard sales; and works in conjunction with sales and marketing to develop sales strategy and sales results to assist in achieving American Fidelity’s strategic goals.
  • Develops and executes key strategies, initiatives and procedures with proven best practices to 1) successfully accelerate the development of and 2) keep successfully impacting a sales call center.
  • Directs/executes approved strategy decisions by partnering with stakeholder leaders in sales, marketing and operations; establishes and implements priorities, performance goals and objectives to achieve company-wide sales growth, expense management and brand alignment.


Bachelor's Degree

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing collaborative departments and leading by influence

Expert knowledge of current sales call center trends and operations

Ability to build a sales call center from the bottom up

Proficiency in current technology tools for call center management and reporting

Strong organizational skills

Proven management/leadership and critical thinking skills

Ability to drive performance targets to completion

Strong people skills and ability to verbally communicate and work with customers and colleagues

Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills

Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports and present on them
