EDI Manager (APL)



  • Direct and Oversee the daily electronic data interchange (EDI) operations for the Enrollment Solutions department in support of all enrollment data needs including development and execution of strategies for Internet-based data interachange capabilities, coordination and implementation of new EDI methods and processes, and works with leadership to find EDI solutions, internal and external to the enrollment software platform which help to manage the creation and/or utilization of effective tools to achieve needed data results.
  • Provides expertise and leadership in coordinating with trading partners, vendors and customers for the successful execution and delivery of enrollment data, Audits the quality of data provided, provides security and backup, and ensures system disaster recovery processes are in place, and resolves trading partner's technical problems involving EDI.
  • Develops, maintains and standardizes data team processes and documentation. Ensures customer/vendor agreements and deliverables meet legal requirements for the proper handling of HIPAA protected information, provides daily management, mentoring and colleague development of the data team staff.
