  • Accountable for oversight, strategic direction, and management of large-scale, complex technology transformation programs that produce desired business outcomes.
    • This includes the oversight of high-level program strategic components, budget and financial impact analysis, vendor performance, program timelines and scope.  Drive efficiency, automation, and process changes for program.
    • Develop, drive and maintain strategic direction of the integration program and establish and monitor success measures, key dependencies and constraints, key milestones, and key performance indicators to ensure the program and the supporting projects have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Accountable for the overall success of the program.
  • Primary liaison with the AF business and operational leadership, and their direct program designated resources, to understand and align the business case objectives and value drivers to the respective projects and activities within the program responsible for enabling and achieving the desired business outcomes.



  • Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University Business or Technology area of study
  • Exceptional group facilitation skills including ability to lead trade-off discussions around scope, schedule, resources and quality.
  • Exceptional understanding of political and business environment and ability to lead disparate groups of people towards a common goal even in the midst of conflict. Thrives in a team environment and develops excellent relationships with others.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills including with external vendors. Strong vendor management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and listening which can be deployed successfully when addressing entry level Colleagues, management and senior executives
  • Exceptional ability to develop and manage business cases and conduct financial analyses
  • Exceptional ability to drive change, influence and motivate others both at the team and executive levels
  • Exceptional experience in managing project portfolios both from an operational and financial perspective
  • Exceptional understanding of organizational business objectives and how programs managed align and support their achievement
  • Possesses well-developed emotional intelligence, motivational, professional, and leadership qualities
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Exceptional analytical thinking problem solving, planning, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of automation, robotics and artificial intelligence (AI)
